Confirm Shipment on Amazon
Use this procedure when the order fails to update and you have to manually confirm that an order has been shipped.
- Log in to Amazon Seller Central.
- Locate the order or orders that are "Unshipped".
- Click the Confirm Shipment button.
- On the next screen, paste the tracking number into the Tracking Number field, and set the Carrier/Service if necessary. See also : Tracking Number
