Confirm Shipment on Amazon

 

Use this procedure when the order fails to update and you have to manually confirm that an order has been shipped.

  1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central.
  2. Locate the order or orders that are "Unshipped".
  3. Click the Confirm Shipment button.





  4. On the next screen, paste the tracking number into the Tracking Number field, and set the Carrier/Service if necessary. See also : Tracking Number
