This tab displays your serial number, carrier account number, the ERP interface, any options or add-ons, and the type of ShipGear license you have purchased. V-Technologies maintains your registration information on our servers and provides you with one key that defines this information. Click Update to get registration updates from the V-Technologies registration server.
You can confirm or cancel any changes that will be applied.
This tab displays the currently installed versions of ShipGear components.
Sets the UPS Connect reminder.
This tab displays the location where ShipGear was installed (Program Path) and the selected ShipGear Admin.
You can also change the Admin to which this ShipGear client is connected. Just click the Change Admin button and select the server where the Admin resides.
The Startup Log shows you ShipGear’s initialization process when starting up. This log is mainly used for technical support.
Use the right scroll arrow to access the Logging tab. This tab is mainly used for technical support.
It allows a V-Technologies Tech Support Representative to set a level at which to log ShipGear actions or view a log which is kept on a daily basis. You are not required to edit these settings unless instructed to do so by a Support team member.
Logs can be accessed by selecting the date of the log you want to view and then clicking the folder tab.
