Select the "increase" or "decrease" radio button.
Select the "dollar amount" or "percentage" radio button.
Type the dollar or percentage amount in the provided field.
Click Next.
When this rule is applied, the freight charge is increased or decreased by the dollar amount or percentage that you specify in the provided fields. For example, if I wanted to add a flat handling fee to each order, I would select "increase", then "dollar amount" and specify the dollar amount in the right-most field.
To specify the amount/percentage to increase/decrease:
Select the "increase" or "decrease" radio button.
Select the "dollar amount" or "percentage" radio button.
Type the dollar or percentage amount in the provided field.
Click Next.
