When the rule is applied, freight is set to the fixed amount that you specify in the provided field. You would use this rule if, for instance, you charge a flat freight amount based on the total amount of an order.
To set the freight to a fixed amount:
In the "$" field, type in a dollar amount.
Select whether ShipGear should apply this fixed amount to the order, shipment, or package by selecting the appropriate radio button.
Click Next.
