Manifest Interface Setup

Set up the Manifest Interface to have Macola apply the freight from the manifest table to the order.

To set up the Manifest Interface :

1.  In the Progression Explorer, select System Manager > Maintain > Company Setup.
2. Click on Page 2 and check the "Manifest?" box. Set the drive letter to the same letter as the other module.
3. In the Macola installed directory, open Macola7.cfg with a text editor and add the following line under [MSwitch]: Manifest-System=Yes
4. Save and close the file.

To have Macola apply the freight from the manifest table to the order for

All open shipments

Select Order Entry > Billing > Select Orders. Click the Use Manifest button.

All orders for billing that have open shipments

Select Order Entry > Billing > Manifest Select.
