Turn Shipping On

In order to write back the freight to the order or invoice in QuickBooks Online, shipping must be enabled for your company in QuickBooks Online. To do this :

1. While logged into QuickBooks Online, go to the Company Account and Settings section.
2. Click on Sales in the left sidebar.
3. Under "Sales form content" click "Shipping".
4. Check the check box next to Shipping so that the setting now says "On".
5. Click Save.
