The ShipGear eNotify setup wizard launches the first time you run ShipGear after installation. You can also launch the wizard from ShipGear Exchange > Add-Ons > ShipGear eNotify > Configure.
Launch ShipGear Exchange. You can do this by right-clicking
on the ShipGear Exchange icon in your taskbar tray and selecting Open
ShipGear Exchange. Or, run ShipGear Exchange by selecting it from the
Programs menu or double-clicking the ShipGear Exchange desktop icon.

Click the Add-Ons button, and under ShipGear eNotify,
select Configure.
The setup wizard launches. To use ShipGear eNotify,
click Yes and then the Next button.
The Email Notification wizard is designed to provide you with all the
information you need to properly configure each dialog box. Here are some
additional tips:
If you are using Outlook® or Outlook Express®, ShipGear will automatically detect your SMTP settings. If not, type in your outgoing email server (SMTP) and provide authentication information, if necessary. If you need to enter a User Name and Password, enable the "My outgoing email server requires authentication" check box, and then fill in the User Name and Password fields.
You can also change the port that ShipGear uses to send emails under "Outgoing email server port".
Test the SMTP Server Info
To make sure your SMTP server info is correct, click the Test button. Enter a recipient email address and click ok.
Sender Email Address
This is the email address that will be used as the "From" field on notification emails, as well as the reply-to address.
Send Mode
This setting allows you to control whether email notifications are sent with or without user interaction.
Email Server
When ShipGear eNotify is enabled, an Email icon appears in the system tray of your taskbar. Notice that the icon displays a red area. When the ShipGear Email server is not running, this red area will appear. When the ShipGear Email server is running, the red area will change to green:
