FedEx Ship Manager®

 

A few setup steps are required to start shipping with FedEx Ship Manager®. The setup wizard will help you register your installation for FedEx Web Services so that you can track packages and get estimated delivery data.

 

FedEx Integration Assistant

Beginning with FedEx Ship Manager® v.2912, ShipGear utilizes the FedEx Integration Assistant and a ShipGear Profile, which is used to import and export data. This profile is automatically created and selected as the default when you launch ShipGear. In order to ship with ShipGear, the ShipGear Profile must be selected; if you change this to another profile or None, you will not be able to ship.

 

 

 

 

Tracking and Estimated Delivery

  1. In ShipGear Exchange, click Modules, and then in the Dashboard section, click Configure.
  2. Select FedEx Registration and click Next. On the Agreement page, click Next.





  3. Enter the billing address for your FedEx account.






  4. Enter the shipping address. If it is the same as the billing address, check the "Same as Billing address." check box to avoid having to re-enter the address information. Click Next.






  5. Click Close to complete FedEx registration.
