To use this method to ship Amazon orders, ShipGear must be set up to use a Keyed Import Search By setting of "Order Number" instead of the default "Item Number". For information about modifying the Keyed Import setting, see eCommerce Settings.
In the Enter import key: dialog box, type in the
Order Number (Amazon Order ID) and press Enter or Tab.
Note: You can enter the individual or the combined Order Numbers
if there are multiple items in the record to ship.
Click the "Clear Fields" button on the
bottom of the Ship Manager® screen to bring up the Lookup Value dialog.
Type in the Order Number (Amazon Order ID) and press Enter or Tab.

On the Order Lookup tab, enter the Order Number (Amazon
Order ID) and press Enter or click Retrieve Order.

When multiple items are shipping to the same buyer, you can select items to include in the shipment. Click the ellipsis button (...) to view the list of items. The tracking number will be written back only to the items you select to ship.
When you load an order with multiple items, ShipGear prompts you to select the items to include in the shipment. Check the "Ship" box on the items to include and click the Ship button.
